This 15 year aged white balsamic condiment, dressed up in a Preciosa Crystal-studded bottle and package, is guaranteed to make a lasting impression. Made with white wine vinegar and white Trebbiano grape must, this special condiment is blended and aged in oak barrels, resulting in a light straw color and a sweet vanilla flavor. The grape must is cooked under vacuum to preserve the natural clear color. Since it won't alter the color of any dish, it's perfect when paired with salads, vegetables, fish and seafood, white meats and even fruit and desserts. 

Acetaia Leonardi has been producing balsamic vinegar since the mid-19th century. They source all their grapes from their own vineyards and control every step in producing their balsamic vinegar. Grapes are picked by hand and gently pressed to prevent bitterness and the process of transforming the cooked grape juice, or grape must, into aged vinegar has been passed down from father to son for generations.
