Product care and maintenance

Care and proper maintenance allow you to best preserve the performance of our products on your hair, and to make them last forever as they're handmade to do.

Pneumatic brushes

We suggest you clean the brush once a week.

To remove excess hair, first use your hands, a comb or our brush cleaning comb and then, only when necessary, wash the brush with a wet cloth imbued with warm water and a little mild shampoo.

Avoid wetting the air cushion and exposing it to excessively hot air flows.

Rinse thoroughly, removing soap, dirt, hair and oils.

Then let it air dry.

We recommend that you do not apply harsh chemicals and oils directly to the brush.

For boar and nylon pneumatic brushes please refer to the guide here on the side for Natural bristles brushes.

Natural bristles brushes

We suggest you clean your brush once a week.

To remove excess hair, first use your hands, a comb or our brush cleaning comb and then, only when necessary, wash the brush with a wet cloth imbued with warm water and a little mild shampoo. In any case, do not wash natural bristles more than 3-4 times a year.

Natural bristles absorb your skin and hair oils and distribute them on the hair shaft. The less you wash them, the more effective they are at polishing your hair. If you get the brush wet, then let it air dry.

Prolonged exposure to high temperatures can make natural bristles brittle, just like your hair, so avoid exposing them to the hairdrier for a long time.

We recommend that you do not apply harsh chemicals and oils directly to the brush.

Toothbrushes

To maintain a natural bristle toothbrush, rinse it thoroughly with lukewarm running water after each use, shake off excess water, and allow it to air dry upright.

Avoid hot and boiling water as it may damage the elegant handle and the bristles.
Natural bristles are already sterilized, so there is no need to boil them!

While our toothbrushes are made to last, we recommend changing them every 3-4 months for optimum oral hygiene.

Combs

DO NOT apply chemicals. Use only mild detergents.

DO NOT use water that is too hot and/or boiling because the high temperatures of the water will cause the comb to bend.

DO NOT use a hair dryer on too high of a temperature as this may bend the comb.

DO NOT leave in the sunlight as this may bend the comb
