Q1:  What is Koh-I-Noor Beauty USA's return policy?

A1:  We are happy to return unused products as long as they are in their original boxes.  Once used, we cannot accept the return unless the product is of poor quality or has been recalled.

Q2:  Where are Koh-I-Noor products manufactured?

A2: Koh-I-Noor products are hand-crafted in Tredate, Italy.  Each item is hand worked throughout it's entire process and then inspected.

Q3:  Where can I purchase Koh-I-Noor Products?

A3:  You can purchase on our website directly or through a number of retailers both on line and at physical locations.  For a list of locations, click here

Q4:  What are my payment options?

A4:  Through the secure Koh-I-Noor Beauty USA website, you can pay via PayPal or Stripe.  If you would prefer, you can also call our customer service line and give a credit card number over the phone.  The customer service number is 734-845-9840.

Q5:  How quickly can I get my products?

A5:  Generally speaking, we have inventory of most products and can ship within 24 hours of receiving the order.  If customer chooses the free mail option for purchases over $150, the product ships via USPS first class post.  If customer requires product quickly, we can ship via Priority Mail and receive the item within 2 business days.

Q6: How are back ordered items handled?

A6:  In the event that the item is back ordered, we inform the customer of the situation immediately and offer them options of waiting for the product to arrive from Italy, cancelling the order or substituting another item.
