Return and Order Cancellation Policy
If you purchased your product from a retailer, we invite you to contact them to learn about their exchange and refund policies. We cannot exchange or return products purchased from one of our retailers.
If you have purchased a product on our website, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to make a return by submitting a ticket to info@koh-i-noorbeauty.com (the shipping cost is at your expense).
We suggest you use UPS or DHL to have a track mail. For returns from outside of the United States, customs fees are your responsibility.
A returned product will only be accepted if it was purchased on our website and is unused in its original packaging. The return process may take some time (between 2 and 3 weeks). Each brush or any other item is checked by hand and each order is processed, allowing for a personalized return.
Before your order ships, you can cancel it at any time for a full refund. Please simply submit a ticket to our support team using the email address info@koh-i-noorbeauty.com, and we will cancel your order. Your order can not be canceled after it ships.
Damaged and Defective Items
We provide a two-year warranty for  hidden defects in the Products sold that render them unsuitable or significantly affect the use for which they were intended.
DO NOT SOAK YOUR HAIR BRUSH IN HOT WATER.
